We promoted this Green Belt site on behalf of the landowners, securing consent and a subsequent land sale.
Working closely with the landowners, we promoted the site, coordinating the entire planning and land sale process. This involved devising an appropriate planning strategy and coordinating a full team of consultants (including full Environmental Impact Assessment). Despite the site being located in the Green Belt, we worked positively with the LPA to secure a planning consent for approx. 700,000 sq ft of strategic storage and distribution floorspace, prior to formal allocation of the site in an adopted local plan.
We subsequently worked with the landowner and appointed agents to sell the site and maximise land sale values.
