Oxalis have worked with Roxhill Development on this Green Belt site which has been promoted through the Warwick District Local Plan and Coventry City Local Plan.  The site is now removed from the Green Belt and allocated for development.


Oxalis  worked with Jaguar Land Rover on the preparation and submission of an application for the first phase of the site, including the coordination of the consultant team and preparation of the Environmental Statement.


This application has been approved along with Reserved Matters and will facilitate the expansion of Jaguar Land Rover’s site at Whitley, Coventry.


Key components of the scheme:


  • A technology hub focused on automotive, aerospace and digital technologies (83,600 sq m);
  • a logistics park (344,000 sq m);
  • significant off site highway works;
  • the reclamation and remediation of despoiled and contaminated land;
  • ground remodelling with the creation of landscape bunding and a new community park.
