Oxalis Planning worked with Westerman Homes on the preparation, submission and   approval of an application for the site.  The scheme is now under construction.

 

Key components of the scheme:

• New sports facilities for Ashfield Rugby Club;
• community facilities including sports pavilion, multi-use games area and carpark;
• 225 dwellings.
• Extensive landscape framework including retained and enhance woodland.
