Oxalis Planning have acted for the Landowner Consortium on the promotion of this strategic site through the Local Plan process.  The site has been removed from the Green Belt and allocated for development.


Oxalis have taken the lead role in the preparation and submission of a planning application for the site, including preparing the Environmental Statement and coordinating public consultation.  The application is pending determination.


Key components of the scheme:


  • 3,000 dwellings;
  • 20ha of employment space;
  • a local centre, with retail, health and community facilities;
  • 2 new primary schools;
  • A central destination play park;
  • extensive sports facilities;
  • a new community park with extensive public access, woodland planting, open spaces, wetland and areas dedicated to biodiversity enhancements.
