Oxalis worked with Mountpark Logistics and Paragon (Coalville) to obtain outline approval for a major logistics scheme on an unallocated site adjacent to the existing Bardon 22/Interlink employment areas. This project included the coordination of the consultant team, preparation of an Environmental Statement, submission of the application and negotiation with the Local Authority. The scheme includes a substantial new Community Woodland with improved and new foot and cycle links connecting the site with nearby communities in Ellistown and Coalville.
Oxalis have subsequently worked with Mountpark to obtain detailed approval for a 1 million sq. ft unit for Amazon UK which is now occupied. Unit 2 is now complete, with a small third Unit now also nearing completion.
