Oxalis worked with Hallam Land Management to promote this strategic site through the Local Plan process.  The site is now allocated and was removed  from the Green Belt on adoption of the Coventry Local Plan.

 

 The allocation consists of:

 

  • Mixed-use urban extension to Coventry;
  • A minimum of 2250 homes, 15ha employment land (B1, B2, B8), a new major district centre, and primary school ;
  • A new junction with the A45 to the north, with extensive green infrastructure and public open space.

 

Oxalis played a lead role in the preparation and submission of a planning application in November 2018, including taking a leading role in the Environmental Statement.
