Projects

We have significant experience of promoting and bringing forward major mixed-use, commercial and employment-led redevelopment schemes, and a range of residential development sites and proposals.  This includes both strategic land promotion activity for a range of clients, as well as the preparation and submission of planning applications.  We also have recent and ongoing experience in Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIPs).  Our role is usually as lead consultant where we oversee the planning process, the supporting work necessary to prepare a planning application, including coordinating Environmental Statement preparation, and where we work with the client to determine and lead the most appropriate planning strategy.
