Oxalis is a successful Nottingham based independent Planning Practice, with considerable experience in planning and development matters. We bring knowledge and understanding gained over many years operating in a range of roles and on a wide range of projects. We greatly enjoy the diverse issues and challenges presented by a mix of project types and sizes, and are actively involved in residential, mixed-use, and commercial schemes.
Whilst our focus is the Midlands, our geographical spread extends from the South Coast, to the South-West and to Merseyside.
Our portfolio of projects is highly varied. For example, we are engaged on the planning and delivery arrangements for New Villages, Strategic Rail Freight Interchanges and other major residential, mixed-use and commercial projects as well as smaller scale residential schemes. Our philosophy is to work collaboratively with clients, but also with Local Planning Authorities through good, constructive working relationships. We understand that there are always issues to be addressed and a range of requirements to be met and we work hard to find successful solutions underpinned by sound planning principles.
